  • Let us take a quick walk through the various operations carried out at Brookylnz! The video starts with stainless steel, metal, and alum glass works in progress. It is followed by a detailed insight into the testing process of self open and close baffle door prototype. The protoype is then sent to the PUB for being reviewed. After the review is done, the actual baffle door is fabricated. It is then installed and tested at the site. A 1m dia watertight submarine door is fabricated. It is the first of its kind used in the PUB plant submarine window. Our product went on to be featured in the STRAITS TIME newspaper- a proud moment for us! You can also catch a glimpse of the submarine glass window and doors being pressure tested, set to be cast on the site and then installed on the site. There were 96 different sizes of airtight access covers in total. We are the top designers of the largest ever hinged airtight access covers, thousand meters of railings and fence, and extra tall cat ladders at various spots in the PUB. It was a 2 million project which included around 140 different items. After the completion of this project, we moved to Woodleighs waterworks under UGL Singapore.
