Responsibilities:


Assist in recruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding process

Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation

Monthly payroll & CPF processing (including payroll journal breakdown to Finance Team )

Employees’ tax filing / clearance

Leave system maintenance

Maintain and update employee’s personal files and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.

Monitor corporate insurance including liaise Insurance brokers on policy renewal, medical and hospitalization claims.

Any other appropriate duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma / bachelor’s degree in any field

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Should have at least 2-3 years of previous work experience in Singapore

Good command of English & working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
